A New Year, New Beginnings

Our team at Malt Realty and Development are continuing to strive for ways to improve our property management company  in order to better service our clients. As we enter 2015, we are excited at the latest reports and trends developing here in beautiful Southwest Florida.

Lee&CollierLee and Collier counties are like two siblings, joined at the rear with each looking to the future with a different perspective. The two counties are among the top 10 fastest growing in the nation, with Lee showing 3.6% growth and Collier realizing 4.4% growth over the past year, according to a mid-year market report by CB Richard Ellis. More specifically, Lee County has large areas available for residential and commercial development.

According to the Herald Tribune in 2013, the cost of residential rent in Southwest Florida is climbing at one of the fastest rates in the nation.
