E. Kelly Campbell
Office Administrator
Kelly joined Malt Realty’s team in 1989 as Office Administrator and has served in that capacity for over 20 years. Kelly’s diversified duties include; overseeing staff members in all departments, administrating and accounting functions relating to the property management division. Kelly also oversees the maintenance for property management listings and negotiates pricing with vendors to ensure our clients are receiving fair competitive pricing for maintenance services. Since obtaining her Florida Real Estate Sales Associates License in 1992, Kelly has been active with Malt Realty’s Sales Team assisting with marketing, sales, and contracts.

Judith M. Palumbo
Property Manager
Judy has been Property Manager for Malt Realty since relocating to Fort Myers in 1996. Having spent her entire career in property management and rentals, Judy offers over 30 years of experience in the field. She given a dedication to owners and clients establishing long-term relationships with both. She is proficient in acquiring rental listings and qualified rental residents which have lent to a positive growth for Malt Realty as well as cash flow for investment owners. Judy’s excellent communication skills, knowledge of market conditions and landlord/tenant procedures, established relationships with realtors and association management firms and successful marketing and advertising programs contribute to Malt’s success and the success of the property owners.

Rosa D. Martinez
Rental Agent
Rosa joined the staff of Malt Realty as rental agent a year ago as a result of the growth of the company. Rosa is a native of Fort Myers and well acquainted with the area. She is bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish. Although fairly new to Malt Realty, Rosa is not new to the property management field having a number of years experience in both Florida and Texas. Rosa’s personality and skills contribute to the success of Malt Realty and our investment owners. Rosa has leased many homes on Saturdays and typically accommodates clients after hours to accommodate their schedule.

Joe Peters
Maintenance & Asset Preservation Coordinator
Joe originates from Cincinnati, Ohio and has been a Florida resident for over 20 years. After serving in the Air Force for 8 years, Joe established a career in the housing industry in various capacities such as renovation, construction, property management, rentals and sales. Joe’s focus on details, positive relationships with owners and residents and dedication are positive attributes which lend to the continued success of investment owners.
