Annual Rentals  

Please note that all applicants must meet the following rental criteria:

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Have a net income three-times the monthly rental rate
• Have a minimum credit score of 625
• Have a favorable rental history of at least two years with no previous evictions or broken leases
