"I have been living Downtown Fort Myers in the Franklin Arms building for about 13 years. The first few years was managed by a different property management company and I am going to go with the "if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all" approach. When Malt Realty took over the management of Franklin Arms, it was a night and day difference! Over the years they have been great! There has been many upgrades to the units, and overall the building looks better than it ever has! And they take a proactive approach to it's maintenance. As far as my individual apartment and experience, they have always been timely with any repairs or requests that were needed and always just a phone call away! An amazing team of people at Malt!
